Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue" at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort Pioneer Hall is one of the longest-running dinner shows in the United States, offering a down-home musical and comical revue with all-you-can-eat barbecue ribs, fried chicken, corn on the cob, strawberry shortcake and beverages.
During the meal, a troupe of Wild West performers straight from the late 1800s era entertains guests with a bucket-load of corny jokes and foot-stompin' folk songs in the rustic replica of an Old West dance hall.
The stars of the Western-comedy show are three mirthful couples - everybody's sweetheart and her handsome cowboy; a tuneless dancer and her theatrical beau; and the amusingly unrefined bumpkin and his tomboyish girlfriend - who entertain guests with their over-the-top personalities and slapstick humor. As part of the show, the couples invite several guests to the stage to play supporting roles, such as an Indian scout, a Texas Ranger and can-can dancer.
